JOB TITLE : Business Development Manager

QUALIFICATION : 12th Or Any Degree​

JOB LOCATION : Bangalore

  • Develop contacts, leads, customers & network.

  • Handle calls with customers, explain about our projects & sale available project (plot/Villa apartment).

  • Follow up & engage with customers for sales.

  • Participate in site visits during Sunday for launch & invite customers for booking of plots.

  • Handle customer queries smoothly, requirements during calls & visits.

  • Understand the project details & collect the relevant information from each project.

  • Handle every customer with care, polite & ensure customer is satisfied in our service.

  • Appoint new channel partners / SM to increase the sales.

  • Escalate any sensitive issues to senior / Management.

  • Budgeting & Forecasting: Develop and monitor budgets, track expenditures, and provide variance analysis to support strategic decision-making.

  • Compliance & Controls: Ensure compliance with accounting standards, regulations, and internal controls. Conduct audits and implement corrective actions as needed.

  • Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate and relevant information

  • Facilitate effective communication with clients through various channels such as email & phone calls.

  • Address any client issues or concerns in a timely and professional manner

  • Coordinate follow-up activities such as property updates, contract signings, post-sale support and collection.
